Charanjeet founded GMI in 2016, building operations and business competencies to publish over 7,000 market studies till date. With 15 years of extensive experience, he assisted clients navigate challenges and seize opportunities through comprehensive research and analysis, positioning them for sustainable growth and success. He holds an MBA in Marketing from Dr. D.Y. Patil Institute of Management and Research.

George has been a part of our organization since 2016 and leads our operations in the United States as President. He has more than 30 years of business and managerial experience and supports driving strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency and operational excellence across the organization. George holds a degree from the University of Maryland.

Bhawna joined GMI in 2016 and currently heads the finance department. Bhawna possesses in-depth knowledge of finance and company operations, supported by 14 years of experience in the field. As Head of Finance, she oversees our financial operations and strategy, ensuring the company’s financial health and sustainability. Bhawna holds a master’s degree in finance from the University of Pune.

Sagar joined GMI in 2016 and is currently leading our Marketing team as Associate Director – Digital Marketing. Sagar brings extensive expertise in lead generation and performance marketing, driving strategies that align with business goals. Prior to joining us, he worked with companies like TMR and Markets & Markets. Sagar is an Electronics & Telecommunication engineer from Pune University.

Vikas joined GMI in 2016 and is currently leading our IT team as Associate Director – IT Infrastructure. Vikas has a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support business growth. Prior to joining us, he has experience in IT consulting. Vikas is a graduate in computer science from Amaravati University.

Ankit joined GMI in 2016 and currently heads our Energy practice as Associate Director - Research. Ankit is well-versed with data analysis, tracking operations, valuations & forecasting. Prior to joining us, Ankit worked with Transparency Market Research. Ankit holds a master’s in business administration specializing in Power Management from UPES, Dehradun.

Kiran joined GMI in 2016 and currently heads our Chemicals, Materials and Food practice as Associate Director - Research. Kiran is experienced in core nanotechnology and materials research. Prior to joining us, Kiran worked with Transparency Market Research and Markets and Markets. Kiran holds a master’s diploma in Polymer engineering from Edinburgh Napier University.

Preeti joined GMI in 2017 and currently heads our Automotive practice as Associate Director - Research. Preeti is a researcher with an in-depth understanding of the semiconductors & telecommunication industry. Preeti holds a post graduate degree from Alliance School of Business, Bangalore.

Richhaa joined GMI in 2021 and currently heads the People and culture department as AVP-OD and Talent Management. Richhaa specializes in driving people's strategy in alignment with business strategy. Prior to joining us, Richhaa worked in companies in IT, ITES, and Wealth Management. Richhaa holds a post graduate diploma in OD & Change Management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS).

Aashit joined GMI in 2022 and currently heads our business development team as Head – Business Development. Aashit specializes in developing business and enhancing customer experience within the market research and technology industries. Aashit is a computer technology graduate.

Mariam joined GMI in 2023 and currently heads our Healthcare practice as Senior Manager - Healthcare. Mariam's expertise lies in the formulation of business strategies and the synthesis of competitive intelligence in the Healthcare Industry globally. Prior to joining us, Mariam worked with Markets and Markets. Mariam holds a master’s degree in science from Fergusson College.

Suraj joined GMI and currently heads our Semi-Conductor and New & Emerging Opportunities practice as Associate Director - Research. His expertise includes devising short- and long-term growth strategies and business plans for clients to help them gain market share and achieve profitable growth. Suraj holds a master’s degree in marketing from Chetana’s R.K Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai.

Avinash joined GMI in 2023 and is currently heading our ICG practice as Associate Director - Research. Avinash has more than 13 years of experience with a distinct emphasis on the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) and Industrial sectors. Prior to joining us, Avinash worked with Aranca and Transparency Market research. Avinash holds a master’s degree in marketing & finance from Periyar University.
