Strong focus toward maintaining a high standard of health, cleanliness and productivity of communities will drive the industry growth. Additionally, the ongoing population growth and rapid urbanization across multiple economies have resulted in the creation of large population centres resulting in increased complexity across waste collection, treatment, and disposal processes.

Waste to Energy Market Trends

The rising population across the urban regions have accelerated the mismanagement of solid waste generated across the community. In the past decade, traditional waste disposal methods have proved in-efficient to adequately manage & handle the increasing load due to limited availability of treatment & disposal infrastructure. However, the intensifying focus toward implementation of technology integrated waste/trash management solutions including accelerating focus toward development of waste to energy technologies will positively influence the business landscape.

In addition, large-scale urban migration has further led to an exponential rise in the generation of solid waste, thereby increasing the demand for an effective WtE framework with a strong focus on public health and economic growth across different regions.
