The faster projected growth of direct channels indicates that buyers may place a rising value on evidence of device condition and lifecycle handling. Operators that can use automation for diagnostics while retaining transparent human accountability for grading and returns should be better placed to monetize that shift.

In markets with fragmented repair capacity or weak warranty infrastructure, low acquisition cost can be offset by returns and trust failures. Regional winners are likely to build local execution around a common operating core: secure sanitization, credible grading, parts sourcing, and accountable post-sale support.
